Policy Formulation, Implementation and Evaluation Analysis
Strengthening
Policy Cycles for Evidence-Based and Impact-Driven Governance
1.
Introduction
Effective public and institutional governance
depends on the ability to formulate sound policies, implement them
efficiently, and evaluate their outcomes rigorously. However, many
policies fail due to poor design, weak implementation, or lack of evaluation
mechanisms. This comprehensive training provides a systematic, analytical,
and practical approach to the full policy cycle—formulation,
implementation, and evaluation.
The programme combines theory with real-world tools
and case studies to help participants become policy architects, implementers,
and evaluators who are responsive to changing needs, evidence, and
stakeholder input.
