Public health reforms are essential for modernizing
health systems, improving population health outcomes, and ensuring universal
access to essential services. However, reform processes are complex, involving
policy shifts, structural changes, resource realignment, and stakeholder
negotiation. This training equips participants with the skills to manage,
implement, and monitor public health reforms with clarity, competence, and
community focus.

By the end of this training, participants will be

- Completion
of a post-training assessment or project report
Certificates may be co-issued with Ministries of
Health, National Public Health Institutes, Universities, or global health
partners (e.g., WHO, USAID, World Bank).
