The Universal Service Fund (USF) is a

and information and communication technologies (ICTs) for all citizens,
particularly in underserved and rural areas.
The “Best Practices for Universal Service Fund
Programs” training provides participants with a practical understanding of
how USF programs are designed, implemented, and monitored globally. It
emphasizes policy design, governance structures, financial sustainability, and
the integration of innovative technologies to achieve universal access and
service objectives.
This course combines theoretical insights with
real-world case studies to equip participants with the skills necessary to
strengthen and manage successful USF initiatives.
