Introduction
Rural development is a critical pillar for
achieving inclusive growth, food security, and poverty reduction. However,
effective rural transformation requires strategic management approaches that
integrate community participation, resource mobilization, and sustainable
development practices.
The Strategy Rural Development Management (SRDM)
training program provides participants with practical skills, analytical tools,
and strategic frameworks for planning, implementing, and managing rural
development initiatives. It emphasizes participatory development, institutional
coordination, and results-oriented management that align with national and
global development agendas (SDGs, AU Agenda 2063, etc.).

The main objectives of this training are to:
