STRATEGY RURAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT (SRDM)

1. Course Introduction

Rural development is a critical pillar for achieving inclusive growth, food security, and poverty reduction. However, effective rural transformation requires strategic management approaches that integrate community participation, resource mobilization, and sustainable development practices.

The Strategy Rural Development Management (SRDM) training program provides participants with practical skills, analytical tools, and strategic frameworks for planning, implementing, and managing rural development initiatives.
